Exceeded Expectations
Having worked in sales myself for a LONG time, I had uncomfortably high standards for anyone to reach. I am delighted to say that Todd not only reached them, but he exceeded them. Extremely personable, relaxed, confident but not cocky - all the attributes you would want in an auctioneer. On Auction day he really had to work to get things moving and then when it stalled, with just the right mix of humour and persuasion, he fought for every last dollar. We simply could not have been happier!

Super impressed with his knowledge
Todd has recently moved back from NZ, and I was super impressed with his knowledge about the AU market and trends. He gave us very insightful information, in particular about the recent property we had been inquiring about and have now purchased. No matter what time it was, Todd kept me informed right until auction day, such a genuine person. Worked hard to get the best price
Todd recently sold our property in Ashburton. Throughout the whole process Todd maintained strong lines of communication and kept us informed on all accounts being campaign reports, inspection times, information on parties inspecting property. We found he was always available to answer any of our questions. Todd made the whole process seamless and we would definitely recommend his services. On the day of the auction, Todd worked hard to get the best price possible for our property.

Negotiated a great outcome
Tamsin was an essential member of the team helping us to sell our home. She was always there assisting us to get the house ready for OFIs. She always kept us informed and was right in the middle of all negotiations.
