I could not have been happier with Zali and her team’s diligence and professionalism in the campaign to sell my home. Zali’s experience and knowledge of the real estate industry, particularly in the Glen Iris, Ashburton, Camberwell and surrounding areas is second to none.

Will is friendly, professional and an excellent auctioneer with his 'booming' voice' and good interpersonal people skills. He has kept us updated all the way along with the selling process and we have been confident in all the team at Shelter with professionals such as Will.

I found Will very capable and honest. We had a prolonged marketing period following the Covid problems, but Will remained positive throughout and stuck to the task with cheerfulness. Will can be relied upon to give genuine, unbiased advice to anyone intending to sell their property. Thoroughly recommend his services.

Tamsin was an essential member of the team helping us to sell our home. She was always there assisting us to get the house ready for OFIs. She always kept us informed and was right in the middle of all negotiations. Even though the house was scheduled for an auction, Tamsin and Zali negotiated a great outcome and we decided to sell before the auction. Thank you.

Zali sold my home without advertising it. She was able to bring through buyers with a minimum of fuss. If you are selling, sell with Zali. Highly recommended

Another agent resold it a few months later for less than what Shelter got for us. Brilliant negotiating.

As a spontaneous and anxious purchaser, I found Zali and the team to be very supportive, empathetic, pleasant to deal with and efficient in the negotiation process. The purchase process for me has been well handled
