I have just leased an apartment from Shire agents. I haven’t moved in yet but Arden has been very responsive, really helpful and nice to deal with. A very good experience so far.

I have been dealing with estate agents, both residential and industrial, and the short time I have been with Shire Agent they have been helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. Nathan has been a standout.

Early experience relates to SA managing my rented property 6 Karimbla Rd. This was entirely satisfactory. Very recently the long-term tenants moved out and new tenants had to be found. SA provided advice on preparing the property for inspection. I thought the advice made good sense and largely accepted this advice. This advice also included the rent which might be anticipated. SA also advertised and arranged inspections for prospective tenants. This was all done to my satisfaction in a very professional manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending SA to anyone looking for the management of a rental property; AND the steps required to find new tenants for a vacant property.
