Thank you Shire Agents! My partner and I recently approached Nathan at Shire Agents to manage our investment property in Kirrawee. Our property had been mismanaged by our previous Agent and fallen into complete disrepair. Nathan understood how apprehensive we were re-entering the market and immediately set about making us feel like he was part of our team. Whilst preparing our property for tenancy Nathan continually encouraged us during the renovation honestly pointing out and prioritising works with recommendations based on his vast rental property knowledge. He also provided market research, pricing, and realistic time frames. Any fears that we still may have had disappeared very quickly when our property was tenanted within a week of going live. Shire Agents has fully restored our trust in property management by providing us with quality tenants at a rental price we were all happy with. This type of genuine service in hard to find today and we are thankful for Nathan, Leisl and all the team at Shire Agents for their efforts!

We are long term renters and haven’t experienced service like what we’ve received from Shire Agents to date. Our Leasing Agent Lauren has been wonderful, her friendly and professional nature second to none. Every interaction we’ve had so far in the leasing process has been a dream and the team at Shire Agents are fantastic, from the lovely receptionist to our new Property Manager Nathan. We are so grateful to be looked after by Shire Agents and look forward to a long relationship with them.
