Awesome & Reliable Agency
I used Shire Agents to buy my place (Luke) and then to lease it out (Nathan). Both Luke and Nathan were very attentive to my needs and requests. The leasing process was very easy and I managed to find a good tenant without a lot of hassle. Thank you Shire Agents. I highly recommend them for any of your buying/leasing needs.

Great service by the agency
I have been constantly impressed with the prompt, polite and professional service I received from Nathan and his team -- from my first contact to handover of tenant details. I was provided with detailed paperwork and kept up to date regularly as the process progressed. I would highly recommend Shire Real Estate

Exceptional Service!
As long-term clients, using Shire Agents to effectively manage the rental of our home unit, we have come to expect excellent service from the team. Recently, under Covid 19 lockdown restrictions, we needed to renovate and find new tenants. The commitment and communication from Ava, Lauren and the team exceeded even their own high standards. They organised great trades, keeping me up to date with progress, and ensured the unit looked its best. They then screened applicants, ensuring the best match of reputable tenants. I couldn’t have asked for more and readily and confidently recommend Ava and her team as professional, engaged and hardworking agents who will deliver peace of mind that your investment is well protected.
