My 2 previous agents were shocking, unprofessional and completely uninterested in their job and duties. Shire Agents, particularly Nathan, stepped in and changed it all. Nathan is thorough, explains things really well, calls you back promptly, initiates his skills and profession, and makes your life easier because he simply just knows his job. And this is all via interstate correspondence, Melbourne to Sydney. So well done Nathan and Shire Agents, keep up the good work!

After having our unit off the market & in need of some much needed repairs, Ava, Elissa & the Shire Agency Team co-ordinated trades in record time. Our unit looks fantastic. We had an amazing turnout on the first open weekend and it was rented out immediately. Thank you!

My experience with Elissa Dunlop in my search for a suitable rental property excelled my expectations from an agent. Not only was the professional service she provided should be passed on to her superiors, Elissa also went out of her way on two occasions to assist in fast tracking my search. Her email and phone responses were also very prompt and carried out in a friendly and professional manner. I wish Elissa well in her future as an agent as she would be an asset to any firm.

We are very happy with the services received from Ava and the team at Shire Agents during the leasing of our rental property. Ava was most helpful in preparing the property to be presented in its best condition. We really appreciate her professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness.

Elissa has been so easy to deal with & has always had open communication with any questions I’ve had, even answering 6 calls in one day. Professional but very down to earth. Smooth transition after applying for a property on Saturday & receiving the approval within a few days. She made herself available to any concerns I had about the property & has done so with a smile.
