Professional and approachable
I have two properties that I have Shire Agents manage for me, and I am very happy with their services and practicable advice when undesirable events come up. They always double-check and confirm with me with anything that requires my urgent attention, and sought for the most value-for-money solutions. Most important to me of all, was their professionalism when speaking over the phone (so far I have not have someone from Shire Agents on the phone with an arrogant tone of voice).

Great agency, highly recommend!
Nathan from Shire agents made the process of renting out our unit, at a difficult time of year, so easy. He and the team communicated with us throughout the whole process, provided us with honest feedback and tips on how to make the unit appealing. Through their assistance the team at Shire agents helped us find a suitable tenant and removed all the stress from the whole process. I would highly recommend.

Efficient agency
I moved in between Christmas and New Years and the team did everything so fast to process the move for me. Everyone was welcoming at the open house and quick to respond through emails and calls. No complaints at all. And very happy with my new home.

Very Easy, Straightforward and Seamless
The application was very straightforward, excellent communication from the team, and great access to apps and online services to make utilities and signing of the lease very quick and easy. All my questions were answered and all help and access was provided.

Professional and Knowledgeable
We have been with the team at Shire agents for several years. We have always found them to be very professional both with the tenants and landlords. They are up to date with what is happening in the rental market and if there are any problems with the properties that need fixing it is attended to promptly. Highly Recommend Shire Agents.

Great agency !
Ava my property manager helped me to improve my investment unit . As I do not live close she organised a new shower screen and tiles . She looked after any painting and cleaning that was required . She kept me informed with photos and invoices. And finally had it photographed ready for the new tenant .

Extremely helpful
Have been with Shire agents for over 10 years,(same firm, different name). I don't think I could have found a better crew of agents anywhere else. Have in the past had tenant issues but, Shire agents were always on hand to assist. They are a group of professionals that are always only a phone call away when any issues arise. Highly recommend, if you are a investor, and don't want to be hands on when issues arise. They are always there as a helping hand.
