Ava my property manager helped me to improve my investment unit . As I do not live close she organised a new shower screen and tiles . She looked after any painting and cleaning that was required . She kept me informed with photos and invoices. And finally had it photographed ready for the new tenant .

Have in the past had tenant issues but, Shire agents were always on hand to assist. They are a group of professionals that are always only a phone call away when any issues arise. Highly recommend, if you are a investor, and don't want to be hands on when issues arise. They are always there as a helping hand.
