I have recently placed my unit with Shire Agents and safe to say I will be strongly recommending them going forward. Leisl Waters was extremely knowledgeable and walked me the entire contract giving me peace of mind. When it came time to letting the unit Nathan Jones kept me a breast of all the going ons throughout the process. The Dream Team as I call them managed to lease my apartment in 7 days for a great price.

After a conversation with Nathan regarding the listing of our house, we were perfectly at ease, he has proven to be a tireless worker and has also actioned every request I have made, he ensures things are followed through and protects our interests. Cannot recommend him and the agency enough.

I recently purchased a house which I was looking to rent out and Shire Agents (Nathan) went above and beyond to provide a level of service and assurance they were looking out for me and my property. Even before I had signed with them, Nathan had provided detailed information on similar properties which had/were up for rent which gave me a good (and realistic) gauge on the rental market in the area. They would reply promptly always and were honest. The Agent cared about you and your tenants which was really appreciated in the real estate field. Would highly recommend Shire Agents and Nathan.

I have two properties that I have Shire Agents manage for me, and I am very happy with their services and practicable advice when undesirable events come up. They always double-check and confirm with me with anything that requires my urgent attention, and sought for the most value-for-money solutions. Most important to me of all, was their professionalism when speaking over the phone (so far I have not have someone from Shire Agents on the phone with an arrogant tone of voice).
