Luke was superb in helping us secure a commercial property in the Shire. He was attentive, and liaised wonderfully with the vendor to come to an agreed sale. Luke also was happy to arrange and attend a few site visits prior to completion so that we could arrange fitout inspections etc

I recently purchased my first property through Luke and was thoroughly impressed by the service provided. Luke is very genuine, helpful and professional. Luke was a great agent who worked with us to ensure a smooth and straightforward buying experience. We were impressed with Luke’s communications skills in particular. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Luke again to purchase (or sell) a property.

As a first time seller, I was quite apprehensive about the process of selling my home. After speaking with several agents I felt comfortable with Luke’s honest, and transparent approach. Luke gave me advice as to how best present the property, and I whole heartedly believe this attention to detail was a major factor in my home being sold at the very first inspection. I highly recommend Luke. Next time I sell a property I will go directly to him

As a first home buyer, it can be a very daunting and overwhelming experience. However, Luke made both of us feel supported from the outset, providing additional information, further clarification and was readily available to assist us both via call, text or in person with whatever we needed. Luke and his team were always willing to go above and beyond from additional inspection times, to navigating the contract arrangements, cooling-off and settlement periods. I would highly highly recommend Luke and his team to anyone who wants a seamless experience. Thank you again Luke!

I purchased a property off Luke a few years ago and had such an amazing experience. When it came time to sell my home, I immediately contacted Luke again and he did not disappoint! His knowledge of the area, excellent communication and honest approach ensured that my property was sold after just a few open houses. He also achieved a record price for the building! I cannot recommend Luke highly enough.

I would like to recommend Luke Mandile and his team to anyone selling or buying real estate in the Sutherland Shire. From our first meeting, I felt confident that I was dealing with a true professional. No grandiose promises of top dollar sales but rather an honest appraisal of our property value and potential return all relevant to a luke warm market at the time .Communication was clear and direct and any missed calls were promptly returned. If the rental team is as professional as the sales team then I believe you would not be disappointed by Shire Agents, whatever real estate service you require.

We first met Luke 20 years ago when we purchased the property, he sold it to us. So, we were very comfortable engaging his expertise again when we decided to sell. He explained the whole process very thoroughly, and his suggestions were affective. The end result was achieved sooner than expected and with a more favourable outcome.
