Great experience!
The whole process from engaging Luke to sell our property to the suggestion of conveyancing services, to showing, to final sale was amazingly good. Everything proceeded smoothly and efficiently and very professionally. The price achieved was excellent and there were no issues at all. We could not have hoped for a better experience!

Better than professional, more like your best friend

I recently sold my apartment in Sutherland through Shire Agents. I have to say it was the most satisfactory transaction and I have had a number of previous sales in different locations. Luke Mandile and other staff always responded to any call or request in quick time, and in a friendly and efficient way. I was very happy with the whole experience and sale result. I will miss dealing with Luke and his team...
My wife and I purchased an investment unit in Caringbah back in 2003. Since owning the unit, Luke and his team has managed the unit on our behalf. I cant actually remember the unit being vacant for more than a week or two as we transitioned tenants over the years. I have really enjoyed working with Luke, his local knowledge has been fantastic as we reside on the other side of Sydney. When we made the decision to sell the investment Luke gave us great advice in preparation for sale which resulted in a great sale price. I will miss you Luke. Thanks for all your support guidance over the years.
