MET TOBY 4 YEARS AGO WHEN HE WAS SELLING SOMONE ELSE'S PROPERTY. SO IMPRESSED WITH THE WAY HE HANDLED HIMSELF AND US, AS PROSPECTIVE BUYERS, MADE A NOTE TO USE HIM WHEN I NEEDED TO SELL SOMETHING. I could not recommend Toby Hutton from Raine & Horne Manly highly enough. Our family had the difficult task of selling our late grandfathers property and we had interviewed local Ashfield agents and were then recommended to speak with Toby due to his fundamental knowledge of the entire Sydney real estate market. I'm truly grateful of engaging Toby on this sale, his campaign strategy was leaps and bounds more thorough than even the local agents. At every stage, Toby and his team assisted & supported us with recommendations and referrals to excellent trades and suppliers to help us finish and stage the property for sale and then was constantly monitoring the market and communicated results and potential buyers on a daily basis throughout the campaign. They never took their eye off the ball once from start to finish. He was able to successfully work with only a handful of prospective buyers in what was unfortunately quite a sluggish market and put together a price and result that really was head and shoulders above anything we were expecting! We bought our home from Mark Madsen in 2013. Instead of the pushy sales stereotype, we found him to be approachable, knowledgeable and very accommodating. So when we decided to sell, he was the natural choice. Mark is a lovely guy, and he was a pleasure to work with. We have relocated up the coast, so it was important that we worked with someone we could trust to take care of things in our absence.
