Mark was very proactive and kept me informed of all potential buyers of my property regularly. Toby achieved an exceptional result for our property making it an enjoyable experience at the same time. We engaged Toby with very limited time on our side and during the wettest March on record for 42 years. Within three days Toby arranged to have our home professionally photographed on four separate occasions because “near enough was not good enough”. His guidance on marketing, price and his attention to detail were absolutely spot on and resulted in well over 100 buyers inspecting our property over a short period of time. We were first home buyers and really had no idea of the processes involved in purchasing the property. Mark was able to guide us through step by step and enable us to purchase the place with little stress. He also opened the property for inspection on a Sunday which gave us a chance to view it as we were viewing other properties on the Saturday. Had it not been for that we would probably not have bought it.

Raine and Horne Manly were my agents of choice to initially rent and finally market and sell my Mothers unit at Manly. A unit that had been in the family for 42 years. Right from the start, the Manly Raine & Horne team were professional, compassionate, caring, friendly, truthful, obliging & so helpful with everything. Where do I start, renting Mum’s property, hats off to Marlena Sait. Marlena was just amazing, nothing was ever a problem. Then to the recent sale of 10/22-26 Cliff St Manly, this 42 year old unit was still in its original state. Marlena advised me to do a “tidy” to prepare Mum’s unit for sale. Paint, new carpet, new lights, blinds & hired furniture, the unit looked fantastic. Then came Toby Hutton, how professional is this guy, in the way he presents himself & on behalf of Raine & Horne. Toby gave me confidence & explained the auction process so I was well informed on what would happen on the day of the auction, even giving me senarios. He constantly gave me updates on the marketing campaign, always giving me hope he would sell this unit for its best possible price. Toby returned all my calls & emails the same day, even one day that Toby was out of the office, he had his personal assistant call me with updates. Some of these call were well after close of business and it was nothing to receive an email after 9pm. Now the auction day, the auctioneer had the unit sold in what seemed like minutes, it was like we were all in a movie, too crazy to explain. So exciting, the end result, a price far greater than we could believe.
