I don’t think you would like my review. SR since they have been managing our property have done a way below average job and that is being kind. An example we needed someone to service our spa SR said they could not find anyone funny that because the first place I rang said they would be happy to provide that service. Just one example of many.

We have only rented twice in our lives. The first time was a terrible experience. But it sounds like a common occurrence when you read others experiences. Smart Rentals have always been a pleasure to rent through. They have been pleasant, polite and professional at all times. They have quick online reporting of repairs. They responded quickly to emergency water leaks. If we needed to rent again I would look forward to them looking after our family.
