This is a 10-star review. Jon worked his butt off to get the best result for myself and my partner when selling my townhouse. Professional, smart, and honest would be just a few of the qualities Jon has. He kept me well informed of numbers that were interested, feedback, price expectancy - without over promising. Auction day was a great show, and I couldn't ask for anything more. 10/10. He did everything he possibly could, and it showed in the end result. We blew the street record out of the water at my Auction, and I simply cannot thank Jon enough. Jon and Sandy are now officially apart of my property flipping team.
