Bubbly Kellie is a born and bred Northern Beaches local with a passion for beautiful properties with gorgeous views. She truly lives and breathes the sea salt coastal life! As Property Manager at SEA, Kellie’s polite nature and approachable character shines through everyday. Bringing a background as a PA to the SEA team, Kellie has a flair for customer service, organisation and commits to every task with determination and an eye for detail. Kellie has her Real Estate Licence and over 4 years experience in Sydney’s Northern Beaches market. With this experience under her belt, Kellie has achieved great results for local rental properties from Dee Why to Manly. On Kellie’s days off you can find her on the field playing soccer, which resonates with her ‘work hard, play hard’ mentality, making her the ideal property manager to take on any challenge. Josh arrived to SEA being fresh and totally energetic with a long term passion and goal of being involved in property. Having achieved a successful education, and raised in Freshwater, he knows the location backwards. Josh's passion - getting people from A to B smoothly and whilst negotiating on the Landlord's behalf, detail and a happy outcome are necessary in achieving this goal. The " J Man" as we like to call him loves the movies, reading, furthering his education, travel, cards and always up for an adventure.
