Overview of Freshwater, NSW, 2096

Fast and efficient , would highly recommend.

Market knowledge and professionalism of staff and helpful in what needed to be done to get the required rental price

Really unexpected level of responsiveness to requests. They know who I am. They mange to seem interested in me and the ongoing quality of the property.

found great tenants who are enjoying the property

Steph and her team are competent and reliable….and they worked really hard. When we found the winter market slow, they opened for inspection multiple times each week to get potential tenants through. We got there in the end and it’s such a relief as they manage everything you need!

William was highly professional throughout the entire process and consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to delivering a good result. He was communicative, and he listened carefully, and responded promptly which made him very easy to work with. Overall, his reliability and professionalism contributed to a smooth and efficient experience.

Always lets me know of any issues and recommends good people to assist. Carries out regular property inspections, alerting me to any areas of concern. Finds me great tenants.

Gila has been excellent. Recently my property became vacant and some renovations were required. Jila stepped in and organized quotes and trades and after some tricky bits delivered an excellent outcome then had the property fully leased and tenant moved in the following week

We had a great experience working with the Greycliffe Property team during the leasing of our property. They were highly professional, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and demonstrated a strong understanding of the current leasing market. They handled the inspections and vacancy period seamlessly and were able to secure a high quality tenant very quickly. Their market knowledge and advice gave me real confidence at each step, and the process felt smooth and well managed from start to finish. I would happily recommend them to any landlord looking for a proactive and reliable property management team.

We are extremely happy with the service provided. Leo was professional, supportive, and highly responsive throughout the entire process of helping us to secure our new home. From the initial inspection to key collection, we felt genuinely supported. Leo was friendly, approachable, and very efficient in preparing documentation. He took the time to clearly explain everything and ensured we understood all aspects of the property. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend both the agency and Leo’s property management services. Thank you again for such a positive experience!
