We decided to sell our home in Monash, we started going to open homes in the area to get a feel for where the market was at. That's where we met Ben! We had an instant connection and at the end of our conversations, we told him we were about to sell our home. My husband and I walked away from that inspection and said "that guy should be our agent". Of course we checked him out on rate my agent and also met with other agents but Ben was our choice. The best choice! Ben was always available for us, and in regular contact. Ben sold our home for a far higher price than we expected. We celebrated with champagne and he called us back and had an even higher price to present us. I remember it was the busiest day for him, but he kept his cool and absolutely went above and beyond.
