This is the second time I have used Ben's services and would recommend him to anyone that is looking to sell or buy a home. The first time I met him I could tell he was a genuine person and would be the best person to sell my mother's house. Ben kept me informed through the whole process and I had absolute trust that he would get the best price for the house - and he did. Previously, I had tried to sell the house with another agent who pushed me into selling it at auction, promised many things and then on auction day tried to persuade me with typical sale talk to sell the house $50,000 less than what Ben sold it for.
