We have bought and sold at least 5 houses across Australia and always the experience has been completely dreadful because we have never had faith in our realestate agents. Many times conspiracy theories regarding our agents real intentions raised their ugly head due to lack of trust and the agents plain dishonestly. Andrew was not like that. For a start he is an open friendly chatter therefore withholding information or playing double games would be very hard for him.
