We interviewed 3 agents to sell our house and Andrew stood out from the moment he walked in. He had already done his due diligence in the suburb and on the history of our house. Andrew’s market knowledge was excellent. He was able to negotiate a price acceptable to both parties. Andrew was able to do this during a difficult period that saw restrictions being placed on open homes for inspection due to COVID 19. Notwithstanding those difficulties Andrew worked hard to achieve a smooth sale. Andrew is very professional, enthusiastic and committed. Highly recommended.
