Andrew is not your typical agent, he's very lovely, easy to talk to and never pushy or condescending. He did a great job selling our place and when things went pear-shaped with our first offer he was in problem solving mode straight away to follow up other interested buyers and got us another offer the same day. Although our property didn't sell for as much as our initial expectations it still went for a decent price and within what Andrew had appraised.
