Melanie's suggestions and personal handling of our sale were greatly appreciated. What could have been very difficult became much easier with her assistance throughout the whole process. Her market appraisal was accurate and approach to the sale was just what was required. Could not recommend her highly enough.

While I've never met Melanie, I found her to be very professional. She was always active in keeping me informed about what was happening. She showed good knowledge about what was happening in the area. She acted in an excellent manner and was far and beyond better than other agents I had dealt with who sell property in the Lowood area. She worked beyond her hours and was always punctual and very reliable. I would highly recommend Melanie to any seller as she looked after my best interests. I do not feel you can get a more dedicated person. Outstanding service provided

Melanie has recently sold a block of land for me, her service goes beyond excellent. Mels has been very active & professional during the campaign and gone beyond to help me as I live interstate. I still keeping contact with Mels after the sale for all other property inquiries in QLD and will not hesitate to engage her again in the future which I am sure I will.

Working with Melanie was easy, and we have no hesitation in recommending her. She always made herself available and never hesitated to answer any question we had, even in a not easy process. She knows the area very well and offered many good advice. Thank you, Melanie you found the right house for us and we love it!

During the busy time while alot of people were out looking to buy a home Melanie was the only agent who was helpful to me and willing to go that extra mile to make sure I felt valued.
