From the moment I met Sophie Carter I knew she was the person I wanted to sell my property. I live in New Zealand, and my mother who passed away 4yrs ago left this wonderful Apartment to me, she lived in Coolangatta over the last 20yrs or more! And Points North became my home away from home. I had a very deep emotional attachment to it but it had started to become impractical to keep the apartment. I didn't have a clue how to sell a property let alone from New Zealand. Sophie Carter and her team were amazing and really helped me walk through my fears and lack of knowledge with real estate. In all honesty, Sophie went above and beyond helping me, encouraging me all the way. Her professionalism, integrity, and knowledge of real estate is flawless, we had a sale within first 2/3weeks, the pice was right, we got the price we were asking for, and Sophie even managed to make the whole process a bit of fun. Sophie is one of the nicest. most positive people I know. Her experience and knowledge of local real estate gave me confidence in my decision to purchase the property. She also readily advised us on the value of our own property. Sophie was always easily contactable, even when overseas and she was most obliging with any of my requests. She liaised so well between myself and the seller which made my first solo purchase worry free and enjoyable, even in the middle of a global pandemic. Her staff also were easy and great to deal with.
