I’ve entrusted the management of my property to SBRE for five years now and I’ve honestly never been happier. The level of care and service provided by Christie and the team is top-notch. Over the years, whenever there have been issues with contractors, I’ve been able to rely on Christie’s calm, professional approach to dealing with the matters and seeing them through to resolution. I rely on her to be my ‘eyes and ears’ for everything related to my property and she has never let me down. Thank you so much for all you do, Christie. I really do appreciate you!

SBRE clearly acts fairly in the best interests of both property owner and tenant. Having been an owner and a tenant many times in the past 25 years. I understand exactly what to find in a good agent versus a lazy agent. SBRE has everything on the "good" side. I needed to consult staff in their offices in adjacent towns, and found staff up-to-date with the property in question in both places. When an employee promised to get back to me, they did so in a timely manner, which I understood and interpreted as highly respectful of my time, and myself as a client. I have a very high opinion of SBRE staff in both Nanango and Kingaroy based on service, efficiency and courtesy. I give them a maximum highest rating.
