I have a number of properties in the Wondai area and have recently (three months) changed the management of these properties to South Burnett Real Estate. I could not believe the difference in having my properties managed by such a professional organization, and still at the same rate as the old agent was charging me. I found that there has been excellent communication from the team at South Burnett Real Estate about matters needing attention before a change of tenant at our property. They were able to clearly identify what needed rectifying and were able to organise quotes from a skilled repairer. Their actions were prompt and professional and indicated that they were willing to go to the extra effort so we could re- let out property within the shortest change-over time possible. This diligence has been very impressive.
