We used to be with another realestate company in Kingaroy. They started off well but soon became very unprofessional. Since using South Burnett real estate, we have had so much success and can't fault them. Stress free the whole way. !! Angel ,Janelle, Ken ,Christie, Tiarne, Aimee, Grant. Have all been so professional
South Burnett Real Estate
I have a number of properties in the Wondai area and have recently (three months) changed the management of these properties to South Burnett Real Estate. I could not believe the difference in having my properties managed by such a professional organization, and still at the same rate as the old agent was charging me. Christie the property manager is awesome!! I have no hesitation in recommending this firm to anyone that is looking for a new management team
South Burnett Real Estate
I am very pleased with their communication and performance with the rental
South Burnett Real Estate
Christie was wonderful, communication wasn’t short of amazing at any stage. Thank you
South Burnett Real Estate
After having a bad experience with an agent in town, I approached South Burnett Realty and have never looked back. Angel and the team have helped me with all my needs and I find them very professional. Their knowledge about the market and prices has given me the ability to trust in an agent once again. Thank you so much South Burnett Realty. Here's to many years doing business with you all.
South Burnett Real Estate
Have proven to have good knowledge for rental market and good contacts for maintenance any required.
South Burnett Real Estate
I found that there has been excellent communication from the team at South Burnett Real Estate about matters needing attention before a change of tenant at our property. They were able to clearly identify what needed rectifying and were able to organise quotes from a skilled repairer. Their actions were prompt and professional and indicated that they were willing to go to the extra effort so we could re- let out property within the shortest change-over time possible. This diligence has been very impressive.
South Burnett Real Estate
WE HAVE FOUND SOUTH BURNETT REAL ESTATE TO BE EFFICIENT, ATTENTIVE AND PROMPT IN DEALING WITH PROBLEMS WHICH OCCUR AT OUR RENTAL PROPERTIES. THEY ARE PLEASANT AND TRUSTWORTHY. WE ARE NOT RESIDENT IN KINGAROY SO WE NEED ACCURATE INFORMATION ON OUR RENTALS. WE VALUE THEIR INSPECTION REPORTS,
South Burnett Real Estate
Angel always kept us informed and prepared for the next step. She was always available to answer our questions and provide information. Angel arranged the house keys to be left at their Nanango office for our convenience as we were moving from over 2 hours away. Angel made our move to Nanango smooth and less stressful. Thanks Angel
South Burnett Real Estate
I want to thank both Christie and Susie for looking after our property in Nanango and keeping us updated with feedback and photos. We are in the process of having a new kitchen installed and the whole process has been seamless and a thoroughly enjoyable experience with help from the girls, coordinating everything, between the wonderful tradesmen and our lovely tenant. I would highly recommend South Burnett Real Estate as a preferred agent. Thanks again, I'm really very excited and looking forward to seeing the photos after the install Thursday and Friday.
