We found Wayne to be 100% in his assistance in helping us purchase our new home. He was prompt in returning calls, kept appointments, communicated every aspect of the sale, kept us up-to-date with any changes, totally efficient and professional in every way and was totally approachable and honest with us. He was upfront about everything and guided us through the process as first home buyers which was greatly appreciated. On top of all this, Wayne is very approachable and knowledgable about the area which, for us, was wonderfully refreshing. We'd visited houses with other agents before and were left to ourselves but Wayne was SO different - he was genuinely interested in what the vendor needed and matched that perfectly with our needs - never saw this in other agents - plus, he really does know the area and has a passion in what he does as well as the area and this is evidenced by his tone, words and confidence in what he does. Wayne is personable, understanding, professional and a genuine good bloke. Wayne proved himself to be honest and reliable by making himself available and facilitating our requests promptly and accurately. As first home buyers, Wayne made the buying process far less stressful than other agents I'd interacted with. From beginning to end Wayne was easy to communicate with and made everything easier going through the process. His knowledge of the market in the area was reassuring. The house was a sale of a deceased relative and Wayne was mindful and respectful in how he dealt with the sale. I found Wayne easy to communicate with, very professional in every manner and found him to be a genuine good guy. Wayne knows his business and he got a great price, well above my expectations.

Wayne sold us our first house in Oakey in 2007. He was fantastic then and is amazing to deal with still. Wayne and Tina make a great team. Always available for any queries you may have, friendly, trustworthy and continues to go above and beyond. Wayne made the process of selling completely stress free. We can't thank them enough.
