We were moving to Queensland from NSW. We contacted Wayne to purchase a property literally "over the Internet" after seeing it while on holidays. Wayne could not have been more helpful. He guided us through the Qld buying process, which is quite different to NSW. Wayne put us in contact with the appropriate people and agencies, explaining each step. He even took us on a video tour of the property to allow us to have a detailed view of the premises. Wayne also ensured that we had all the paperwork submitted on time for a successful purchase. His honest appraisals and comment were refreshing and reassuring. We cannot recommend him enough.

Brilliant Agent the Best in Town

Solid Commitment

We found Scott Griffiths to be supportive and understanding of our needs while selling our property. He also was extremely diligent when following up enquiries by prospective buyers and thoroughly explained our marketing plan both to us and them.
