I used Angus for the sale of my home in west End. I had owned the property for many years and Angus was especially alert to and sensitive of my particular circumstances. I found that I could reach Angus easily or he would call me back promptly if unavailable and because of his experience in the market I found that if a problem arose he was able to provide suggestions and strategies to overcome them without drama. Said Angus. "I do, Angus." I replied, "I trust you to BE a real estate agent." Angus does all the things a real estate agent is supposed to do, only better. Ultimately this meant he achieved the optimum sale price for our property. I doubt that anyone could have achieved more. Which is exactly what you cant in a real estate agent.

I'll be the first to admit that we had a difficult property to sell, in a testing market... After some marketing we subdivided to achieve the best return and Angus delivered the buyers - very efficiently. Whilst it took some time for the subdivision to go through, Angus kept our buyers committed. Until I met Angus I hadn't worked with an agent who understood his market so well and delivered the results in such a friendly way. A great bloke and a terrific agent.
