Angus was very knowledgeable of the properties potential. After a short meeting with him we moved on with his suggestions to get the property ready for when he would put in on the market. Angus kept up great communication with us through out the process , and after the first open weekend , we had contracts on the property. We got a price well over the asking and the settlement was easy and again his office sent us early reminders of what we need to do pre settlement. Best in the business .
