Danielle was very professional and responsive.
Danielle was very professional and responsive. We settled in the week of the Brisbane "rain bomb" and Danielle did everything she could to make sure that we could move into our new place as quickly as possible. She knows 4101 like the back of her hand and she was such a pleasure to work with. We talked with the seller and they thought so too. I highly recommend her.

Excellent Service
Danielle provided excellent service during the sale of our apartment. We live interstate and she kept us up-to-date with all the open houses; level of interest etc - I always felt I knew exactly what was going on at any time. All of this happened during lockdowns and COVID restrictions as well which made things even tricker!

An Intelligent Real Estate Professional
We purchased the house 19 years ago when Angus Commins was the agent. We were impressed with his guidance at the time. When it came time to sell the house in 2020 we found Angus was still in businesses in the area and got in touch. Although he has dealt with thousands of customers he remembered my wife and I. Angus guided us through the selling process providing market insights and giving us confidence. I find many agents just seem to speak in cliches, Angus doesn't. Angus thinks before he speaks and this takes the conversation forward. For us, we could not have found a more knowledgeable and intelligent agent.

A low drama, efficient agent
Angus was very responsive and put up with me texting him a lot. He's low drama, not showy, and doesn't use scare tactics to sell a property. Also took us seriously from our first inspection, which hasn't been our experience with other agents.

Angus is old school experience and highly recommended
Angus was easy to deal with and kept me in the loop at all times. Must have been with him and Space property since the beginning in 2003 with no issues with renting my property. He is personable and knows the market well. Would be hard to find a better real estate agent.
