Angus was engaged in late Nov 19 to act as selling agent for a block of 6 units in Spring Hill. He was already acting as rental agent for the property for many years.He organized a survey of the units and web site very quickly and the plan was to wait till mid Jan before putting the units on the market. There seemed to be a lot of buying activity in early Dec and we decided to put the units on the market. We received an offer in the first week and this proved to be the best and was accepted in Jan.20.It was only slightly under the asking price.Settlement was completed in Mar20.Angus was thoroughly professional in answering many queries from the buyer and smoothly progressing the settlement .The units were all occupied and no rental was lost during the sale period,with the tenants simply transferring leases.This saved some 30-40,000 in income. Angus proved to be an exceptional agent in organising and implementing the sale and I would recommend him for any similar posting.
