Exceptional Negotiator
We cannot fault the selling process that Donna Spillane and her talented team undertook for our property. Every step of the way, we were kept informed of the progress of the sale ( in both writing and by phone conversations) and Donna was an exemplary professional with sound and fundamentally strong judgement in the property market. We sold at a time when the market was challenging, yet Donna negotiated very well and we were very happy with the outcome. We can’t fault everyone involved in the sale - the auctioneer, the property stylists, the building inspectors, the team at Spillane Property and Donna herself who we highly recommend as your selling agent.

A truly professional and astute agent
Donna was the person we chose to sell our home in New Lambton. While we didn't get the price we wanted, Donna and the team at Spillane Property were thoroughly professional and astute in their assessment of potential buyers. They identified the people who bought our house from very early on in the campaign, for instance. We went to auction and got a short settlement, which was good because we had already purchased and moved into our new home. Throughout the campaign they were clear and constant communicators.

A Rush of a Buy!
My husband and I purchased the property at auction within 5 days of our one and only viewing so our contact with the agent was minimal until the day of the auction. On auction day, Donna was extremely supportive and encouraging throughout the process and very patient with the time it took to organise the deposit through contact with my bank.
