I am delighted with the service provided by Donna and the Spillane Property team, which has resulted in a fantastic, record-breaking result for my property. From the very start Donna was the stand-out candidate when I interviewed multiple agents to market my home. She impressed with her market knowledge, down to earth manner, understanding of likely purchasers, and insight into the best way to market the property. Once engaged this expertise was quickly applied to get the property into the market, and the results of the strategy were immediately evident via the very high level of response from buyers. Donna's engagement with buyers was sustained through the campaign, resulting in a large field of registered bidders on auction day. At every step Donna was professional and friendly, and a great communicator, so I knew what was happening and why, and my role in it. She provided frequent updates on market engagement, and advice on how this impacted marketing strategy. Donna is supported by a great team, enabling Spillane Property to provide a seamless, highly professional service that delivers for vendors. I highly recommend Donna and her team.
