I found Donna and her team to be highly professional and approachable at all times. I felt informed and included throughout the purchase process due to the excellent communication and ongoing support I received. It was refreshing to deal with an agent who has such an authentic and genuine approach. I highly recommend Donna and her team.

In my search for an investment property Donna Spillane was great to deal with. It was always a pleasant experience to walk into an open home she was managing and then the purchase process has run so smoothly with Donna's communication, assistance and support. If I had a home to sell I would list with Donna as I would want the buyer of my property to be treated as well as I have been through this exciting and nerve raking process

Great knowledge and communication about the property from Donna & the whole team at Spillane

Donna and her team were hard-working and communicative throughout the sales process. Despite the challenging market, they managed to get an excellent price for our property. We can't recommend them enough.

My husband and I purchased the property at auction within 5 days of our one and only viewing so our contact with the agent was minimal until the day of the auction. On auction day, Donna was extremely supportive and encouraging throughout the process and very patient with the time it took to organise the deposit through contact with my bank.

We only became involved a few days before the auction. Donna and her colleagues were very helpful and very professional on the day of the auction. We are very grateful for their assistance.

We have worked with Donna and the team for a number of years now, their property management services are beyond compare, Maddi looks after the property and tenants with a lot of care and diligence. When it came to selling, Donna and the team were our number on choice and they didn't disappoint. They provided regular updates, keeping us updated on the process, the market and strategising the best way to sell our property. They make what can be a daunting process seem really easy and straight forward. You can't go wrong with the team at Spillane on your side.

DONNA HAS PROVED AGAIN THAT SHE IS THE BEST WHEN IT COMES TO BUSINESS. SHE HAS PROVED THAT MULTIPLE TIMES FOR US AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER IF SOMEONE WANTS TO SELL OR BUY WITHOUT AND STRESS AND STILL GET THE BEST RESULTS. WELL DONE TEAM DONNA ITS NOT EASY WHEN YOU ARE BUYING AND SELLING BUT WHEN YOU HAVE SOMEONE WITH DEEP KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE, IT DOES MAKES THE PROCESS SMOOTH AND STILL ACHIEVE THE BEST.

Donna & her team are a stand out in this industry. From start to finish, Donna displayed excellent market knowledge, transparency in all her dealings & a professional approach on all occasions. Donna & her team took the time to get to know us & our family & as a result, developed a relationship of trust & honesty. This is definitely a strength within the Spillane team. And, they are genuinely just really nice people (who are good at what they do). They supported us throughout the journey of both buying & selling with excellent end results. We are very happy clients of this amazing team.

Donna is the honest, reliable and genuine. She did everything she said she would and more. What can be a very stressful process, she made easy. She deserves all of the accolades and recognition she receives for being the #1 Agent in Newcastle. We would happily use Donna again when buying/selling in the future. She is a class above the rest.
