I met Donna at an open house and was taken by her professionalism and friendliness. I had 3 agents look at our property to give their opinions and valuations. All 3 had very similar strategies and marketing plans. I knew, in the current market, our property would sell itself, but needed someone trustworthy and an approachable to guide us through it. Donna ticked all of the boxes. All things that she promised to do - she did. From the time the property was listed, I had daily phone calls. All were very reassuring and kept us up to date of what was going on. We moved our auction forward because of the interest. During the short 3 weeks of marketing, we were kept up to date daily with statistics and interest shown. Donna didn't work alone, she always had at least 1+ staff member with her to make sure every prosective buyer was attended to. On auction day, we had 4 staff to assist. She was attentive to our whole family on auction day, knowing we were all very emotional about sale. Our auction was on site and auctioneer was excellent, we achieved a great result. Since then, Donna has still been in contact making sure there is a smooth transitition between vendor and buyer. Would reccommend Donna Spillane and her team without hesitation.
