Donna is an outstanding agent. She combines great emotional intelligence and awareness of the clients needs, with an excellent knowledge of the market and strategies which maximise the client's sales outcome She conveyed clearly her plan for the campaign, her manner was warm and friendly but I quickly became aware that Donna is an experienced agent who follows up on her stated commitments . Donna maintained regular updates about the the progress of the sale. I felt that Donna had a clear plan of action was but was always ready to respect my opinion and accept change. The experience was much less stressful due to Donna's personal warmth and communication skills. I have been party to five house sales over time and have not experienced an agent with the professional skills and commitment I experienced with Donna and her team.

From the very beginning, we put our trust into Donna to give us the best possible result from selling our home. My husband and I never have sold a home before, so we didn't know what to expect or the steps involved, but Donna was an absolute pleasure to work with & helped us at every step along the way. Looking back it wasn't such a scary process at all when you have kind & hard working agents like Donna, Lucas & the team working for you. I would highly recommend Donna & Belle Property Newcastle to sell your home!

We unfortunately had to sell in an uncertain market, but Donna and her team threw everything they had at our campaign to make sure we received the best outcome we could have at this time. Always professional, but friendly, and kept us up to date throughout the whole process. Very grateful to Donna and her team and would use them again in the future

Sold in less than 2 weeks with $30k more than we expected! When you are selling a house for the first time, you don't even know what it is you don't know and that's what makes the experience all the more daunting. The team at Belle Property, lead by the amazing Donna, know all the things that you are supposed to know. I was most grateful for their premium service and the quality of our marketing was very impressive. We can't thank you guys enough! It's nice to know that the world still has some awesome (ethical) humans in it.
