She combines great emotional intelligence and awareness of the clients needs, with an excellent knowledge of the market and strategies which maximise the client's sales outcome She conveyed clearly her plan for the campaign, her manner was warm and friendly but I quickly became aware that Donna is an experienced agent who follows up on her stated commitments . Donna maintained regular updates about the the progress of the sale. I felt that Donna had a clear plan of action was but was always ready to respect my opinion and accept change. The experience was much less stressful due to Donna's personal warmth and communication skills. I have been party to five house sales over time and have not experienced an agent with the professional skills and commitment I experienced with Donna and her team.
