Donna & her team were fabulous from our first meeting through to the final sale. In a time where there is a lot of hype about declining property markets, the team were prompt and direct in everything they did, giving us confidence in our decisions. We walked away with a great result and gained a great experience in the short 2 weeks it was on the market. Thankyou Donna & Belle Property Newcastle!

As first time sellers, we were walking into the unknown but Donna made the process so easy for us. She made us feel comfortable, kept us up to date with everything going on and was so professional throughout. Donna's strategy saw us sell our house within 2 weeks of being on the market and the result was more than we could have hoped for. We could never thank Donna and the Belle Property team enough for all their support and helping us achieve what we did.

My wife and I found ourselves in a very difficult situation which meant we needed to move on a property quickly should we find one that suited our needs. The one we wanted came up and Donna demonstrated amazing integrity and transparency from the outset. She was upfront with the vendor's expectations and communicated this clearly to us so that we could get the result as quickly as possible. She was always available to answer questions and returned calls quickly. She took the stress and hassle of buying a home out of the equation and actually made it an enjoyable process. Cheers Donna (and Lucas)!

Selling your home is always stressful, especially so in a tightening market. It is so important to select a very good agent and on a recommendation we chose Donna at Belle Properties Newcastle. Donna and her staff were so professional and kept us re-assured all through the sales process. We achieved a sales price that we were delighted with in a short period while watching other properties struggle to sell even after price reductions. We would highly recommend Donna and her team to sell your home. Brian & Viv
