Donna's estimated sale price was accurate and well researched, the price guide strategy created significant interest, as we reached the end of the advertising phase Donna produced a master stroke bringing the auction date forward by one week after indentifying an opportunity to have well above average numbers of registered bidders at the auction. This produced a sale price significantly above the top end of the buyer price guide. Our reward was a direct result of the hard work and committment by Donna and her team.

In a patchy market we were able to achieve an outstanding result at auction. Naturally the property and location played its role, however in assessing Donna and the Belle Newcastle team's performance, it was simply without fault. As first home sellers and the new stress involved, it could be easy to forgive us for overlooking all of the little things that Donna and the team did throughout the campaign to ensure the best outcome was achieved for us, however we were able to pause and notice that every commitment Donna made was met or exceeded. Donna was in contact every day with updates, was always available and responsive and the comprehensive marketing approach created very much a 'premium' feel to our campaign that ultimately generated significant, genuine interest both within and beyond our immediate region. The agreed strategy, which naturally needs to be fluid and responsive on a day to day basis was controlled and managed fantastically by Donna throughout. First class. We thought we needed to know everything about real estate and selling but it turns out we didn't, rather we'd put the sale of our biggest asset in Donna's hands, who's experience and approach was superb.
