Spinelli Real Estate previously managed my rental property very well, so when the time came to move it back to permanent rental, they were my first choice. Initially I spoke with Adam and he told me what he felt was the right price for the rental of the property and then Zoe took over. I use Spinelli to manage our investment property, and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’ve tried Ray White and Integrity and both were useless.. With Spinelli I have one property manager who is prompt, professional and very knowledgeable on all things real estate and highly efficient. They also manage my son’s investment property. I’d recommend to anyone. They are very competitive with price too.. so don’t fall for the “ oh if you pay more you get more “ it’s not true.
