Spinelli is a good agency, I have only just started leasing our investment through them but it was a pleasure meeting Jye, Adam and Zoe. They are great team that is professional, friendly, kind and easy to communicate with.

Spinelli Real Estate
Spinelli Real Estate previously managed my rental property very well, so when the time came to move it back to permanent rental, they were my first choice. Initially I spoke with Adam and he told me what he felt was the right price for the rental of the property and then Zoe took over. Within 1 week of showing the property Zoe found me a tenant who agreed to the full asking price and also purchased most of the furniture we had at the property from our previous holiday letting period. Both Adam and Zoe’s professionalism, knowledge and customer service were first rate and I highly recommend them for any rental property management needs. They made the whole process very easy and took away any stress of permanently letting out the property, thank you so much Spinelli Real Estate!
Spinelli Real Estate
I use Spinelli to manage our investment property, and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’ve tried Ray White and Integrity and both were useless.. With Spinelli I have one property manager who is prompt, professional and very knowledgeable on all things real estate and highly efficient. They also manage my son’s investment property. I’d recommend to anyone. They are very competitive with price too.. so don’t fall for the “ oh if you pay more you get more “ it’s not true.

Adam, Zoe, and Jye at the Spinelli’s are awesome people. They make it so easy to own a house and get it managed by them. Always available, giving right guidance and support from the get go even before you become their customer. That’s how good they take care of you.
