We first met Mark while viewing a property to buy in Lane Cove and instantly felt as ease discussing our buying needs with him. We also touched on the fact that we have a place to sell (like most agents do ask to look for future business!). Mark was very patient though and understood that we'd be more comfortable selling only after we bought the right place. We invited him and Christian to our home to do an appraisal. We had had a few agents do it before, with their advice on how to go about the process and their feedback on what we could potentially get. While some went with figures I thought were well above market, some advised us for a major overhaul. Both Mark and Christian presented on time and spent a good 1.5-2hrs with us presenting their research of the area and looking through the property and their various ideas of how the property could be appealing to buyers without burning a hole through our pockets. We decided to hedge our bets on Mark and Christian as they had been very genuine with us throughout the process thus far. He prepared a timeline for us and organized a team of his select tradies to help us complete some works to the property within the given scheduled time and constantly liaised with them to give them access without altering our busy work schedule. We all know how hard that can be! We had an amazing presentation to our place and as per our neighbors, they were both present 15min before open home and stayed well after time to close to entertain buyers. After every open home, there was a meeting with results for the day. As a result we had an amazing 36 contracts drawn on the property and 15 registered bidders. The auctioneer was carefully chosen by Mark and on the D day we had their whole team on the floor trying to get the best we could for our place. We ended up selling for a suburb record reaching almost $200k above reserve!! All I can say is that, we have found a great and trustable agent and friend in Mark.

Our house was architect designed and built in 1962 as a contemporary 60’s house. It has only had 2 owners since then.
