In late 2017 we contacted four agents, including Tavis Standen, regarding our desire to sell our home in Chatswood. After interviewing the four agents, we chose Tavis Standen to be our agent. He was our choice, not only for his professional presentation, but in respect by his honest approach: no “blue sky” promises were made. During the time of the campaign we were impressed with the manner in which he treated us the vendors and the respect he showed to the numerous people who came to our house on inspection day. The sale was made in early February 2018 and was finalised in early May and the price we received was very close to our original price, no doubt as a result of the work carried out by Tavis and his team. At all times we were aware that Tavis showed people – we the vendors, the potential buyers and all of his Sales Team, great respect and worked ethically, with honesty and integrity throughout the sales campaign.
