Elton was a wonderful help and support to us throughout the whole process even before we were ready to sell our home. He spoke to me on the phone explained the local market to me, what buyers were interested in, gave us ideas from recent sales to aim to renovate the house like. Then when we started the renovation process he helped by meeting trades people at the house and assisting us to get quotes. He assisted us and kept in contact the whole time we were renovating. Then when it came time to sell, it was one week from the ad going live to the house being sold. Incredible! We appreciate all the hard work he did, going well and truly above and beyond he needed to do.

I was so lucky to have Elton and Paul as my sale agents. After trying to sell my investment property last year and after wasting approx 6 months with another agency where agents couldn’t be bothered to even show the property that was vacant at the time, Elton and Paul were complete opposites! They used every opportunity-to work with the tenant and to show the property and bring the buyers through. They kept me up to date with everything and they were beyond supportive with the entire process and all the questions i had along the way. They also made my tenant feel comfortable and they kept him in loop so we had no issues there.
