Focus, professionalism, concentration, firm belief, and effort
First of all, thank you to Jean for successfully selling our house. In order to make the house sell better, Jean provided guidance on the decoration and layout of the house, and did not let us spend too much money unnecessarily. She also helped with some contractual matters related to the purchase and sale. Jean maintains a high sensitivity to the market and provides truthful feedback on potential buyers during the opening process. Although the market is currently sluggish, she has remained steadfast in her confidence. Jean has excellent communication skills and professional knowledge, providing thoughtful and meticulous service, and receiving satisfactory answers to every consultation. In the end, with Jean's persistent efforts, the house sales reached a satisfactory price.
