As a prospective buyer, I first met Ms. Zeng late in 2020 and her personal performance was most impressive but the property was unsuitable. As my search continued we met many months later, with instant recognition and recall of my expectations which, again, were not satisfied. In September 2021, of her own initiative, I was contacted and was shown a property which ticked all "my boxes" ...and was purchased pre-auction. Mindful of me also being an intending seller her ongoing contact was respectful and open ended; she being appreciative a sale would be determined solely by convenience. In May 2023, without there being any contractual arrangements in place, Ms. Zeng contacted me to advise of a potential buyer who could most likely pay an appealing price, subject to an inspection - even though Ms. Zeng had never ever been on my property. Within the week, the property was sold- via her authorised negotiation. In addition to her personal skills with client liaison and communication, twice over, her attention to administrative detail, legal procedure, and conveyancing has been exemplary.
