As a prospective buyer, I first met Ms. Zeng late in 2020 and her personal performance was most impressive but the property was unsuitable. As my search continued we met many months later, with instant recognition and recall of my expectations which, again, were not satisfied. In September 2021, of her own initiative, I was contacted and was shown a property which ticked all "my boxes" ...and was purchased pre-auction. Mindful of me also being an intending seller her ongoing contact was respectful and open ended; she being appreciative a sale would be determined solely by convenience.
