She looks after all our property management needs, liaises effectively with trades, tenants and us as landlords. We can feel comfortable that everything is being looked after and those items that need to be completed on a regular basis, such as routine inspections and safety checks, are scheduled. We appreciate her level of organisation, she is on top of everything. Communication between herself, trades, tenants and ourselves is clear and effective, and all maintenance items are identified and rectified quickly and without hassle. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great property manager.
