Nathan was a fantastic agent offering honest, fast and down to earth communication. As a first home-buyer, I was unsure of the process and he was more than happy to assist with any questions even those outside his domain. I felt confident that any information the vendors needed to know from us or vice-versa would be taken care of. Furthermore, Nathan went out of his way to show the house before it was even listed - meaning I was matched with the perfect house for me and the vendors got a quick sale.

From the moment Nathan made an appraisal on my home until settlement, Nathan showed and shared his knowledge of the current market, kept me informed of the processes and the progress of my sale. In doing this he gave me complete confidence in him and his team. I achieved an excellent sale price that exceeded my expectations and I believe that this was due to Nathans excellent knowledge, communication skills and the commitment to achieve the best result for the purchaser and myself.

Jenny was very accomodating. She got back to us on questions in a timely fashion and was very personable. Our purchase was complicated by the fact that we were selling our house and waiting for that sale to go through. Jenny reassured us through the whole purchasing process.

Jenny was a delight to deal with, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Buying a property from afar Jenny was very accommodating on organising inspections and was always available to answer questions and provide additional knowledge on the area. Great service would highly recommend.

To say Jenny was an excellent agent is an understatement! She was extremely professional, hardworking and honest. She kept me informed and worked hard to ensure the deal was as per my conditions. It was possibly the smoothest transaction to date. During settlement she was professional and helpful, ensuring an open and transparent communication line with my legal team. I would highly recommend Jenny and her team to get any deal over the line. Thank you.

Jenny made numerous trips to the property at Hazelwood South for inspections to suit the schedule of prospective purchasers, rather than dictating when it suited her to attend for inspection. Jenny responded promptly to my emails and phone calls, and provided feedback on all inspections. I would recommend Jenny to anyone who wished to engage her services.
