Hi all prospective sellers. Having been in the sales game a long time myself, sellers work on commission, I felt it was important to offer above the standard commission on my block of land to get it sold, quickly. I have owned this land for around 18 years, price hasn't altered too much over that time. Recently I discovered the property was worth about $120,000, so decided to sell. Nathan sent me the commission agreement for 2 percent. I new this would not be great encouragement to sell my land quickly, so I crossed out the 2 percent and wrote in 6 percent, that's right, 6 percent. Well it worked, my land was sold for $117,000 within 2 weeks. Now that is a commission well worth paying for. Thanks Nathan, if I ever have something else for sale in your area, I will increase the commission so I can get sold quicker.
